为切实加强新区残联干部队伍建设，不断提高残联干部的政策理论和业务能力水平，大鹏新区残联于4月中旬举办残联系统工作人员业务培训班。新区残联、各办事处残联、各办事处职康中心工作人员、各社区残协专干共计45人参加培训。 本次培训邀请市残疾人综合服务中心和福田区残疾人综合服务中心的专家授课，主要围绕辅助器具、无障碍、残疾人就业、残疾人康复和心理健康等方面进行讲解，旨在提高大鹏新区残联系统工作人员的专业化水平，帮助基层残疾人工作者提升助残服务技能，保障大鹏新区残疾人工作质量。 培训要求学员们认真贯彻习近平总书记关于残疾人事业的重要指示批示精神，切实增强对残疾人工作的思考和实践，发挥好基层残疾人工作者的纽带作用，始终把残疾人的利益放在最高位置，进一步推进大鹏新区残疾人事业发展。
