根据《市规划和自然资源局关于做好城市更新项目历史遗留违法建筑物业权利人核实有关工作的通知》（深规划资源〔2021〕508号）相关规定，为推进葵丰社区横头双伍村片区城市更新单元相关工作，现就横头双伍村城市更新单元（一期）范围内历史遗留违法建筑物业权利人核实情况进行补正公示，公示期于2023年6月15日至6月29日止，请相关权利人及知情人对公示内容进行监督和举报。如有异议，请于公示之日起15个自然日内持相关证明材料到大鹏新区葵涌办事处城市更新发展服务中心（地址：大鹏新区葵涌福塘南路28号葵涌办事处二楼1218室，联系电话：0755-84238207）提出复核申请。期满无异议或异议不成立，我办事处将公示结果报送大鹏新区城市更新主管部门开展下一步工作。 附件： 1.深圳市大鹏新区葵涌办事处横头双伍村城市更新项目（一期）历史遗留违法建筑物业权利人核实情况公示表 2.深圳市大鹏新区葵涌办事处横头双伍村城市更新单元（一期）范围图大鹏新区葵涌办事处2023年6月15日
