为提升新区城管工作的系统化、智能化、专业化水平，按照“智慧赋能、聚焦主业、服务民生、助力考核”的原则，自2022年7月起，大鹏新区城市管理和综合执法局多措并举持续推进数字化城管微改革助力城管工作实现提“智”增效。 主要做法：一是依托数字赋能对辖区路灯、行道树、公厕、垃圾屋、垃圾桶等城市管理重要部件进行全面摸查，并分批次采用数字编码的方式进行规范编号；二是科学建“网”，整合推进“小网格”向“大网格”转变，减少网格采集员数量，提高人员素质；三是充分利用科技力量，将信息采集模式由“纯人工采集”向“智慧+人工采集”转变；四是构建基础数据分析模型，进行多维度、多层次分析，精准找出城市管理薄弱点和痛点，以数据为基础完善城市管理工作机制。
