排水小区正本清源改造工程项目实施切实提升治水提质成效，提升居民生活环境。2023年8月29日，新区发展和财政局充分发挥财政监督职能，高质量完成排水小区正本清源改造工程项目竣工决算评审工作。 该项目由新区建筑工务署负责建设，主要建设内容为对新区79个小区内部的雨水污水系统管网进行改造，纠正错接乱排管网，同时进行管道缺陷修复及清淤，与市政管网的接驳完善工作等。工程设计施工一体化在深圳市建设工程交易服务中心公开招标，施工单位为中国十九冶集团有限公司，设计单位为中国华西工程设计建设有限公司，工程于2018年9月开工，2019年7月通过竣工验收。 排水小区正本清源改造工程项目竣工决算最终审定金额5501万元，评审节约财政资金31万元。
