按照全国人大常委会办公厅部署，根据省司法厅《关于做好涉及行政复议的法规规章规范性文件清理工作的通知》（粤司函〔2023〕1842号）和市人大常委会办公厅《关于开展政府规章和行政规范性文件专项清理工作的函》的要求，现将新区涉及行政复议的规章、规范性文件清理结果向社会公布。截至2023 年10月31日，新区管委会未制定或者发布过涉及行政复议的规章、规范性文件，无需要清理的涉及行政复议的文件。深圳市大鹏新区综合办公室2023年11月20日
