2024年3月13日下午，深圳市国资委集体资产管理处与大鹏新区发展和财政局开展交流座谈，大鹏新区葵涌、大鹏、南澳办事处经济服务办相关负责同志参加座谈。 会上，大鹏新区发展和财政局向市国资委汇报新区集体经济发展现状，重点介绍西涌天文台、杨梅坑等片区特色旅游和旅游配套等项目进展情况。当前，大鹏新区正按照“一、二、三、四”发展思路，奋力打造“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新标杆，聚力旅游高质量发展奋进年，加快打造世界级滨海生态旅游度假区。 市国资委集体处刘延锋同志指出，要引领股份合作公司创新经营观念，促进集体经济多元化发展，鼓励股份合作公司与市属、区属国有企业建立合作发展项目机制，积极参与新区建设，促进新区经济高质量发展。
