近日，新区党工委副书记罗伟恩前往溪涌社区调研上洞新村城市更新项目推进情况。上洞新村城市更新项目位于溪涌社区上洞居民小组，更新范围64,697平方米，项目计划建设住宅79,560平方米，商业10,200平方米，商务公寓66,800平方米，目前项目拆迁签约率已达97%，上洞新村城市更新项目的建成将改变上洞片区基本面貌。 会议听取了项目进展和存在问题，讨论上洞片区整体开发设想，部署下一步工作。会议要求，将该项目纳入新区“百千万工程”重点项目，以“百千万工程”为抓手，推动片区整体开发。各单位需以提升片区环境面貌，提高社区集体经济收入，促进新区文旅高质量发展，把上洞片区打造为新区高端旅游片区作为目标，加快推动项目建设进程。涉及项目建设相关单位参加调研。
