近期，市交通运输局大鹏管理局主要负责人孙立文同志带队到葵涌街道延安路、黄曾屋路、曾屋路开展行走交通检查工作，局养护监管科、规划建设科、技术咨询单位、道路养护单位等相关人员陪同。 针对部分外单位占挖施工恢复不到位问题，孙立文同志强调：一是要严格审查占用挖掘修复方案是否符合规范要求。二是要加强现场检查和施工过程管控，要求占挖单位高标准高质量修复道路。三是要缩短占用挖掘道路时间，加强施工组织和安全管理，尽快恢复交通，便于市民安全通行。四是要加强道路巡查，提高巡查队伍对路政案件的敏感度，做到问题早发现、早上报、早处置，在及时做好道路设施养护的同时保护好路产路权。
