2024年2月7日上午，大鹏新区管委会召开二〇二四年第四次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《深圳市大鹏新区普惠性幼儿园管理办法实施细则（送审稿）》。 会议指出，新区致力于打造深圳东部教育高地，通过落实上级政策要求、完善支持举措，推动教育优质、均衡发展。制定《深圳市大鹏新区普惠性幼儿园管理办法实施细则》，有利于完善公益普惠的学前教育体系，促进学前教育高质量发展，打造“幼有善育”的幸福标杆。 会议要求，一是请新区教育和卫生健康局牵头，加强政策宣讲，按要求做好普惠性幼儿园申报认定、扶持政策、经费管理、办学管理、绩效考评等工作。二是请新区发展和财政局做好普惠性幼儿园生均补助经费保障工作。 会议还审议了其他议题。
