2024年7月24日上午，大鹏新区管委会召开二〇二四年第十二次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《关于坝光生态国际酒店项目“带建筑物”招拍挂出让方案的请示》。 会议议定：根据市政府有关要求，原则同意坝光生态国际酒店“带建筑物”招拍挂出让方案。 会议要求，一是请市规划和自然资源局大鹏管理局依程序组织公告挂牌，做好土地出让合同签订等相关工作。二是请市规划和自然资源局大鹏管理局、新区发展和财政局依法依规做好后续工作。 会议还审议了其他议题。
