为加强新区代理记账机构管理，规范新区代理记账机构行为，近期深圳市大鹏新区发展和财政局组织开展2024年代理记账机构监督检查工作。 本次检查主要是从机构业务承接、专职从业人员的会计资质证明、代理记账机构资质条件、《代理记账管理办法》相关规定等方面，从新区共40家代理记账机构中抽取3家代理记账机构开展专项检查工作。检查发现1家机构存在“虚假承诺”的情况，我局就发现的问题立刻下发责令整改通知并加强会计法律法规知识培训。 通过检查，有效督导新区各代理记账机构按照诚信经营、依法依规的理念开展代理记账业务，进一步规范代理记账行业行为，提高代理记账机构工作水平，促进代理记账行业有序发展。
