根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》和《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》有关规定，商务部于2025年9月25日发布2025年第53号公告，决定对墨西哥相关涉华限制措施进行贸易投资壁垒调查。
现本调查结束，根据调查结果和《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》第三十一条规定，商务部认定，墨西哥政府对中国等非自贸伙伴产品提高进口关税税率等相关措施存在《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》第三条所规定的情形，构成贸易投资壁垒。
