应中国机电产品进出口商会申请，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》和《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》有关规定，商务部于2024年7月10日发布2024年第28号公告，决定就欧盟依据《外国补贴条例》及其实施细则对中国企业调查中采取的相关做法进行贸易投资壁垒调查。
现本调查结束，根据调查结果和《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》第三十一条规定，商务部认定，欧盟依据《外国补贴条例》及其实施细则对中国企业调查中采取的相关做法存在《对外贸易壁垒调查规则》第三条所规定的情形，构成贸易投资壁垒。
