8月4日，省委统战部召开党外人士情况通报会，向各民主党派、工商联和无党派人士通报中共辽宁省委十三届十一次全会精神。
会议指出，中共辽宁省委十三届十一次全会充分肯定省委十三届十次全会以来省委常委会工作，分析了当前形势和任务，对下半年工作作了部署安排，研究召开中国共产党辽宁省第十四次代表大会，是一次统一思想、凝聚共识的大会，是一次明确方向、鼓舞干劲的大会。
会议希望，各民主党派、工商联和无党派人士要把思想和行动统一到中共中央决策部署及省委要求上来，引导广大成员坚定推动辽宁振兴发展的信心决心。要深刻认识召开中国共产党辽宁省第十四次代表大会的重要意义，进一步凝聚思想政治共识。要充分发挥中国新型政党制度效能，积极履职尽责，为辽宁全面振兴取得新突破、奋力谱写中国式现代化辽宁篇章贡献智慧和力量。
