根据《地理标志产品保护办法》，国家知识产权局于2025年11月10日发布第六五一号公告，对潮绣予以初步认定，公告期满无异议。
自2026年1月11日起，国家知识产权局对上述产品予以地理标志产品认定，并实施保护。
