8月5日，市水务局组织2022年度申领行政执法证法律法规考试，切实充实水务执法队伍，提升行政执法能力，切实落实行政执法人员持证上岗制度。共23人参考。 本次考试采取无纸化方式进行，严格遵循一人一机位，网上闭卷答题的原则，考生通过登陆广东省行政执法人员综合法律知识网上考试系统答题。考试内容主要包括《行政处罚法》、《行政强制法》、《行政许可法》、《行政诉讼法》等通用法律法规，侧重考查执法人员理论和执法实践相结合的能力。 今后，我局将探索实行行政执法人员能力测试制度化，每季度分批次进行考试练兵，提升执法人员法律素养和业务水平，促进执法队伍严格、规范、文明执法。（安全监管和执法监督处）
