新区重大项目2022年计划完成投资100亿元。2022年1-6月，新区重大项目完成投资55.18亿元。 从项目进展看，深圳乐土沃森生命科技中心、乐高乐园深圳度假区乐园区域和酒店区域、泰康之家鹏园养老社区、彭年企业家度假村、蓝韵医疗科技大厦、蓝韵影像科技大厦、深圳国际生物谷坝光文体中心、大鹏新区人民医院、人大附中深圳学校（九年一贯部）二期、深圳市第二十三高级中学、安居君兰湾府、安居红豆湾府、安居银叶湾府、东部海堤重建工程（三期）、深惠城际大鹏支线、轨道交通8号线三期、核坝路、龙新路、迎宾路市容环境综合提升、国家管网深圳LNG应急调峰站等项目进展较好。
