各有关当事人： 深圳市福田区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部于2022年8月29日发布第281号通告，鉴于当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控形势，根据《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》第十三条、《中华人民共和国行政复议法实施条例》第四十一条第一款第（八）项的规定，对2022年8月29日起新收以及仍在审理的行政复议案件，自2022年8月29日起中止审理。中止审理时间不计入办案期限。恢复审理的时间将根据疫情防控的实际情况另行通知。 特此通知。 深圳市人民政府行政复议办公室2022年8月29日
