各有关当事人： 因新冠肺炎疫情防控影响，对于2022年8月29日起新收以及仍在审理的行政复议案件，我办自2022年8月29日起中止审理。经综合评估，根据《中华人民共和国行政复议法实施条例》第四十一条第二款、第三款的规定，现决定自2022年9月13日起恢复上述行政复议案件的审理。 特此通知。深圳市人民政府行政复议办公室2022年9月13日
