各有关单位： 根据科技部火炬中心《关于开展2021年度火炬统计工作的通知》（国科火字〔2022〕55号）通知要求（详见附件），现开展2022年第三季度科技企业孵化器和众创空间火炬统计工作，请你单位积极填报。 一、填报范围 国家级科技企业孵化器、国家备案众创空间（非国家级不必报送）。对虚报、瞒报、不报数据的机构，将影响国家级科技企业孵化器、众创空间运营评价。 二、相关要求 1.填报及审核时间：2022年9月13日-9月29日 2.请登录科技部火炬统计调查网页填报，已注册用户账号密码不变。 3.季度监测报表经审核通过后，打印带火炬水印的“众创空间统计监测报表”“孵化器统计监测报表”，由孵化器、众创空间负责人签字并加盖单位公章后，扫描上传至平台。 4.填报注意事项：请注意单位“千元”的计量单位；注意数据间的逻辑关系。 附件：科技部火炬中心关于开展2021年度火炬统计调查工作的通知 深圳市科技创新委员会 2022年9月13日 （联系人：郑泽淳 联系电话：88102064）
