福田区人民政府： 2022年9月24日，你区福华路大中华国际交易广场四楼的深圳唯秀投资发展有限公司KTV大中华品牌店,升级室内装饰装修项目发生一起高处坠落事故，造成1人死亡。 根据《国务院办公厅关于加强安全生产监管执法的通知》（国办发〔2015〕20号）和《深圳市一般生产安全事故调查处理督办办法》(深安办〔2014〕63号)要求，现对该起事故调查处理工作实行挂牌督办。你区要依照《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》等有关法律法规及规章规定，抓紧组织开展事故调查，迅速查明事故原因，精准追责问责，严厉打击违法违规行为，明确整改措施。 事故调查报告须经市安委办审核后，再报区政府批复结案并向社会公布。事故结案后，事故调查报告和事故处理决定落实情况要及时报市安委办备案。 此函。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2022年9月28日
