经查，“AIOT产业联盟”“AIOT创新中心”未经民政部门登记，擅自以社会组织的名义开展活动，系非法社会组织。依据《社会团体登记管理条例》《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》有关规定，我局依法对以上非法社会组织予以取缔。 深圳市民政局 2022年10月26日
