尊敬的黄超代表： 您提出的关于建设聚龙花园二期社区图书馆提升社区公共服务能力的建议》（第20220067号）收悉。经认真研究，现答复如下： 一、根据《坪山区公共图书馆总分馆制建设实施方案》的建设标准，街道图书馆面积不少于300平方米,社区图书馆面积不少于200平方米，经核实，目前聚龙花园二期没有符合该建设标准的文化用地。 二、目前聚龙花园二期群众工作馆有约150平方米的党建书吧为社区居民提供免费图书阅读服务。 三、下一步我们将会寻找合适的地方建设图书馆，努力提升社区公共服务能力。 此函。
