尊敬的刘克辉委员： 您提出的《关于设计公共电瓶车停车区的建议》的提案收悉。现就提案办理有关情况答复如下： 我街道对企业门口道路上一部分人行道扩建或改造成电动自行车停放区的建议是：根据《深圳市电动自行车管理规定（试行）》第二十八条，电动自行车应当停放在不影响其他车辆和行人通行的地点，摆放整齐，不得妨碍交通秩序和通行安全，在不占机动车道、安全出口、消防通道、疏散通道内、法律、法规规定禁止停放的其他有关地点等情况下，扩建或改造电动自行车停放区的建议予以支持。我街道相关部门将积极配合工作，共同推进电动自行车停放区改造。 此函。
