11月4日，市北部水源工程管理处组织职工到市东江水源工程管理处交流学习，双方围绕停水检修、日常管理等工作开展经验分享、参观调研等活动。活动期间走访了东江管理所、獭湖管理所等地。 市北部水源工程管理处负责人表示停水检修工作是确保水源工程安全、稳定运行的重要环节，本次交流学习活动有助于双方深入探讨停水检修工作的任务部署、节点铺排、管理制度等，提高泵站及水库运行管理人员的专业技能。参加本次交流学习活动的工作人员一致认为此次活动在创新工作方式方法、高质量完成市北部水源工程管理处年度停水检修任务方面具有积极的借鉴意义。（市北部水源工程管理处 熊华洁）
