近日，水利部精神文明建设指导委员会办公室印发《关于第二届水利系统基层单位文明创建案例的通报》（文明办〔2022〕4号），通报全国72个水利系统基层单位文明创建案例，市北部水源工程管理处提交的“党建引领新发展 文明花开生命线”案例名列其中。这是北部管理处继2021年荣获“全国水利文明单位”称号之后，在精神文明建设方面取得的又一殊荣。此次成功入选将激励和推动管理处精神文明建设在内容形式、方法手段、渠道载体、体制机制等方面不断创新，助力本管理处在精神文明建设的新征程中再结硕果。(市北部管理处 许成帅）
