各有关单位： 请2022年第一批名称变更和异地搬迁和证书遗失补办的高新技术企业，按照附件安排的时间前往市民中心B区行政服务大厅西厅现场取号领取证书，领取证书企业和时间安排见附件。进入行政服务大厅需凭48小时内核酸阴性证明且健康码为绿码。 一、领取证书需提供材料 1.法人授权委托书原件（法人签字并加盖公章）； 2.领取人及法人身份证复印件； 3.营业执照复印件； 4.高新技术企业证书原件（证书遗失除外）。 二、领证时间 2022年11月21日-11月24日。 附件：领取证书企业名单及领取时间深圳市科技创新委员会 2022年11月18日
