针对深圳市龙华区2021年度国有土地使用权出让收支情况审计调查中发现的涉及观澜街道的相关问题，观澜街道已按要求进行相应整改。现将整改情况公示如下： 《深圳市龙华区2021年度国有土地使用权出让收支情况审计报告（深龙华审报〔2022〕12号）》提及观澜街道信利康豪佳工业园城市更新项目贡献用地占用主体未完善用地手续无偿占用贡献用地，用于堆放材料等。审计指出上述问题后，观澜街道在第一时间责令项目施工单位整改清理完毕。 观澜街道将根据此次审计问题按照守土有责的原则，切实加强非经营性国有储备土地日常管理，避免后续再次发生此类问题，并加强对贡献用地的日常巡查，发现违规占用的行为按有关规定及时查处。 深圳市龙华观澜街道办事处 2022年12月12日
