根据《深圳市人才安居办法》《深圳市大鹏新区人才住房配租管理办法》等有关规定，结合房源实际情况及各群体实际住房需求，大鹏新区住房和建设局于2022年11月15日发布了《大鹏新区住房和建设局关于受理大鹏新区单位人才住房配租申请的通告（2022年度第四批次）》，于2022年11月23日完成了申请受理工作，并已完成住房需求单位的单位人才拥有房产情况、享受政策性住房、人才安居补贴领取情况等信息的初步审核。现将审核结果予以公示，公示时间为2022年12月15日至2022年12月21日，共5个工作日。 公示期间，未通过初审的单位人才如有异议，应当向大鹏新区住房和建设局提交书面复核申请。地址：大鹏新区葵涌街道生命科学产业园A22栋大鹏人才安居服务大厅，咨询电话：0755-28336592、0755-28333561。 特此公示。 附件：大鹏新区单位人才住房申请审核结果（2022年度第四批次）大鹏新区住房和建设局2022年12月15日
