江府函〔2018〕1号 市交通运输局: 你局报来《江门市交通运输局关于审批<江门市银洲湖高速公路PPP项目实施方案>的请示》（江交局〔2017〕81号）收悉。经江门市重点交通城建项目总指挥部会议研究和市政府常务会议审议，现批复如下： 一、原则同意《江门市银洲湖高速公路PPP项目实施方案》（以下简称《实施方案》）。 二、请你局认真按照《实施方案》组织编制投资人招标资格预审文件、招标文件和PPP合同草案，招标文件和PPP合同草案中各项承诺和保障等交易条件不得超出《实施方案》规定的范围。 三、请你局尽快按程序开展下一步工作，及时启动投资人招标工作。 江门市人民政府 2018年1月10日
