Notice of Jiangmen Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard for Enterprise Employees in the City
江门市人民政府关于调整我市企业职工最低工资标准的通知
This notice adjusts the monthly minimum wage for enterprise employees in Jiangmen to 1550 RMB and the hourly minimum wage for part-time employees to 15.3 RMB, effective July 1, 2018, and requires strict enforcement and supervision of the minimum wage system.

江府函〔2018〕107号 各市（区）人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《最低工资规定》（劳动保障部令第21号）和《广东省人民政府关于调整我省企业职工最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函〔2018〕187号）精神，决定从2018年7月1日起，将我市企业职工最低工资标准调整为1550元\/月，非全日制职工小时最低工资标准调整为15.3元\/小时。有条件的企业可通过签订工资集体协议，在新标准基础上适当提高本单位职工最低工资标准。 各市（区）政府要严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强宣传和检查监督，切实保障职工的合法权益。 江门市人民政府 2018年6月29日
