深圳市公安局交通警察局关于对达到强制报废标准机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证予以作废的公告
This announcement formally declares the registration certificates, license plates, and driving licenses of specific motor vehicles (listed in the attachments) as invalid, as they have reached the compulsory scrapping standard and their owners failed to complete the deregistration process. 2023年1月20日至2023年1月29日期间，在我局车辆管理所登记的以下车辆（附件1、2，可登录深圳市公安局交通警察局主页查询具体车号、车型等）已经达到强制报废标准，我局已提前通过公告告知，但机动车所有人未依法办理注销登记。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十四条、《机动车登记规定》第三十七条、第四十一条第一项之规定，现依法公告上述机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。驾驶达到报废标准的机动车上道路行驶的，公安机关交通管理部门将予以收缴机动车强制报废，并对驾驶人依法处罚。 特此公告。 附件:1.2023年1月20日至2023年1月29日达到强制报废期止 2.2023年1月20日至2023年1月29日达到逾期检验强制报废期止 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2023年2月2日
