2月15日，市水务局审批处、水保处与市司法局立法二处党支部以“党建凝聚合力 引领修订攻坚”为主题在深圳市水土保持科技示范园开展联合党建活动。 会上，以“新时期提高立法质量，加强水土保持工作服务深圳高质量发展”为指引，市司法局立法二处及市水务局审批处、水保处就《深圳经济特区水土保持条例（修正案）》以及收集的修订意见进行深入讨论，对《深圳经济特区水土保持条例》的修订达成了初步共识，为科学推进水土流失综合治理，依法严格监管人为水土流失奠定了良好基础。 有关参会人员表示，此次联合党建活动的开展，一方面加深了立法统筹部门对业务工作的了解，另一方面提高了行业部门对立法工作的认识，推动了双方党建与业务的双融双促，取得了良好的效果。（审批处）
