2023年2月22-24日，由广东省住房和城乡建设厅主办，广东省住房和城乡建设工会、广东省建设教育协会承办的广东省住房城乡建设行业建筑信息模型（BIM）技术员职工职业技能竞赛在东莞市顺利举办。 市住房建设局派出的3支队伍、9名选手均在本次省赛中获得佳绩，我局获得优秀组织奖。中建深装代表队获得团体二等奖，来自中建深装王旭取得第3名（二等奖）、中建深装陆林枫取得第4名（三等奖）、深圳机械院建筑设计有限公司梁树路取得第6名（三等奖）、郑中设计雷金连、中建科技孙双喜、中建深装王伟林、齐世凯四名选手获得优胜奖。
