近日，大鹏新区纪工委举办2023年纪检监察干部队伍履职能力提升审查调查专题培训（第一期），新区纪工委领导班子成员、相关部门工作人员以及葵涌、大鹏、南澳纪工委从事审查调查工作人员参加了培训。 本次培训的主题是纪检监察审查调查谈话，内容主要围绕审查调查谈话分类、技巧、重要意义，并以理论授课结合交流研讨方式进行，取得了良好效果。 接下来，新区纪工委将继续开展系列专题培训，通过不断提升新区纪检监察巡察审计人员履职能力，打造新时代高素质、专业化的纪检监察队伍，助力新区纪检监察工作高质量发展。
