各项目承包商： 为加强我中心项目技术服务承包商履约管理，不断提升项目前期工作质量和合同履约水平，达到奖优罚劣目的，根据《深圳市大鹏新区政府投资项目前期工作中心政府投资项目技术服务管理办法》（深鹏发财前〔2020〕1号），我中心对2022年第四季度项目技术服务合同进行了履约评价，公示期未收到异议，现予以正式发布，具体结果详见附件。 为鞭策落后，履约评价为不合格且在约谈后拒不整改的，依合同或协议相关规定终止合同；履约评价为不合格的，不得再委托该履约单位作为同类型合同履约单位。 特此通报。 附件：2022年第四季度合同履约评价一览表深圳市大鹏新区政府投资项目前期工作中心2023年3月9日
