公租房轮候期间，如在册轮候家庭的人口、婚姻状况、居住证、残疾及抚恤定补优抚等有关信息发生变化的，应当在发生变化之日起30日内，登录进入“深圳市住房和建设局网站——政务服务——服务主题——住房保障服务——轮候信息变更”页面，进行公共租赁住房轮候信息变更。 如存在离异变更主申请人、增加父母为共同申请人等情形的，则需持相关资料到深圳市行政服务大厅现场提交信息变更申请（地址：深圳市福田区福中三路市民中心B区一层南部深圳市行政服务大厅西厅，咨询电话：0755-88631666）。
