2022年6月16日，深圳市大鹏新区管理委员会根据《深圳市重大生产安全事故隐患治理挂牌督办办法》（深应急规〔2020〕5号）等有关规定，对葵涌街道亚迪村重大事故隐患进行挂牌督办。截至2023年2月10日，治理责任单位深圳市金地物业有限公司相关重大事故隐患整改符合相关技术规范标准，经现场复核，符合解除挂牌督办条件。经报请大鹏新区管理委员会同意，决定对葵涌街道亚迪村重大事故隐患挂牌督办整治事项予以核销，解除挂牌督办。 现予以公告。深圳市大鹏新区安全管理委员会办公室2023年3月16日
