This announcement formally revokes the road general cargo transport operating qualifications of 449 enterprises whose licenses expired and were not renewed, following the expiration of a pandemic-related automatic extension policy. It requires affected enterprises to surrender their revoked certificates within 30 days.

根据《关于对新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”的总体方案》要求，2023年1月8日起，对新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”，结合《交通运输部关于做好疫情防控期间道路运输企事业单位许可证件管理工作的公告》精神，允许相关道路运输企事业单位的许可证件有效期自动向后延续至疫情解除后45天，现我局恢复开展许可证逾期未延续企业道路普通货物运输经营资质注销工作。 经核查，截至2023年2月28日，我市共有449家道路普通货物运输企业的《道路运输经营许可证》有效期届满未延续（见附件）。 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述企业相关道路普通货物运输经营资质和企业名下共419辆普通货物运输车辆失效《道路运输证》。 上述企业应于本通告发布之日起30日内，进行《道路运输经营许可证》换证或将注销的证件交回至各辖区行政服务窗口。 特此通告。 附件：道路货物运输经营许可证过期企业清单(截至2023年2月28日)深圳市交通运输局2023年3月24日
