根据《关于对新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”的总体方案》要求，2023年1月8日起，对新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”，结合《交通运输部关于做好疫情防控期间道路运输企事业单位许可证件管理工作的公告》精神，允许相关道路运输企事业单位的许可证件有效期自动向后延续至疫情解除后45天，现我局恢复开展逾期6个月未年审道路货物运输车辆道路运输证注销工作。 经核查，截至2023年2月28日，我市共有3335辆道路货物运输车辆逾期6个月未进行年度审验（见附件）。 根据《广东省道路运输条例》第五十五条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述车辆的《道路运输证》。上述车辆证件持有人应于本通告发布之日起30日内将注销的《道路运输证》交回至各辖区行政服务窗口。 特此通告。 附件：逾期6个月未年审道路货物运输车辆名单（截至2023年2月28日）深圳市交通运输局2023年3月24日
