近日，在接到群众投诉反映葵涌办事处猪头山附近疑似存在非法施工行为后，新区规划土地监察局立即会同葵涌办事处赶赴问题现场，核查相关情况。 据现场项目主管人员介绍，在建项目为新区电网架空线落地项目，并出示了项目用地手续及工程规划许可证等手续文件，执法人员对此一一进行了核实。关于后续建设事宜，执法人员强调，工程项目在获得必要建设手续后，建设过程中需严格按照图纸施工，不得超审批范围建设，请现场施工人员务必遵守相关规定，否则要承担相应的法律责任。 “执法为民”是社会主义法治的本质要求，也是新区规划土地监察局一以贯之的价值追求。在日常执法工作中，新区规划土地监察局始终坚持“三分管理、七分服务”原则，既做城市建设秩序的维护者，也做群众贴心的服务员，在执法实践中追求自我超越，全面提升执法效率和服务水平，以奋发有为的姿态不断书写新区规划土地监察工作新篇章。
