The Party branch of the Shenzhen River Bay Basin Management Center organized a volunteer activity to sow seeds of the nationally protected Cycas fairylakea and promote the spirit of Lei Feng. Participants planted 360 seeds in a protected area of Meilin Reservoir to support the conservation of rare plants and the ecological environment.

3月17日下午，市深圳河湾流域管理中心党支部在梅林水库仙湖苏铁自然保护小区开展春季播种暨学雷锋志愿活动。 活动现场，党员、团员及志愿者们精神抖擞、干劲十足、配合默契，挖坑、培土、浇水，各个环节衔接有序，经过2个小时的辛勤劳动，在保护小区培育沙床内种下了360颗仙湖苏铁种子，播种了大家对保护珍稀植物及生态环境的殷切希望。 据悉，仙湖苏铁是国家一级保护植物，存活于梅林水库库尾区域，曾濒临灭绝，目前在深圳河湾中心的悉心抚育下，保护成效良好，种群走向健康繁衍。 相关参与者表示，此次仙湖苏铁播种活动，大家身体力行弘扬了新时代雷锋精神，增强了党员、团员的凝聚力和战斗力。（市深圳河湾流域管理中心）
