3月22日，市水务局党组成员、二级巡视员林翰章带队到深汕特别合作区检查小水电站防汛备汛工作，市水务局水资源管理处、安全监管和执法监督处相关负责同志和安全专家参加检查。 深汕特别合作区住建水务局就小水电站安全管理及防汛备汛工作情况进行了汇报。林翰章要求各相关单位，一要高度重视安全隐患整改，压实安全主体责任，督促运管单位制定切实可行的整改方案，确保隐患闭环整改到位。二要全力以赴确保安全度汛，按上级有关要求积极开展防汛备汛安全检查，落实各项防御措施，切实做好安全度汛各项准备工作。三要有序推进小水电站清理退出，按相关政策要求做好解释工作，保留类电站要严格落实日常安全管理。 随后，林翰章一行实地检查了窑陂、青龙潭、九江河、南寮、吊塘、莞塘等小水电站管理情况。（安全监管和执法监督处）
