根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2022年欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下： 一、征收情况 根据市人大常委会《关于阶段性暂停征收欠薪保障费的决定》（深圳市第六届人民代表大会常务委员会公告第一〇六号），我市在2022年暂停征收欠薪保障费。 二、垫付欠薪情况 2022年全市共使用欠薪保障基金向204家欠薪单位的4350名员工垫付欠薪5849.70万元。 三、垫付欠薪追偿情况 2022年共追回垫付欠薪963.44万元。 四、欠薪保障基金利息收入 2022年欠薪保障基金利息收入为152.9万元。 五、结余情况 2022年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为-4733.36万元。 深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室 2023年4月28日
