穗府函〔2022〕65号广州市人民政府关于广州市白云区广从三路“12·8”勘探钻穿地铁隧道一般事故结案的批复市应急管理局： 《广州市应急管理局关于广州市白云区广从三路“12·8”勘探钻穿地铁隧道一般事故审批结案的请示》（穗应急报〔2022〕42号）收悉。根据《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》（国务院令第493号）有关规定，现批复如下： 一、同意《广州市白云区广从三路“12·8”勘探钻穿地铁隧道一般事故调查报告》，并予以结案。 二、请你局会同白云区政府、市交通运输局和各有关单位，依法对事故相关责任单位和人员予以严肃处理，将调查中发现的相关单位公职人员涉嫌失职渎职问题线索移交纪检监察机关另行办理，并协调督促有关行业主管部门、企业牵头落实各项预防和整改措施，杜绝同类事故再次发生。广州市人民政府2022年4月8日
