深圳市人民政府令（第349号）《深圳市人民政府关于废止〈深圳市生活垃圾分类和减量管理办法〉的决定》已经2023年3月28日市政府七届71次常务会议审议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。市长覃伟中 2023年4月12日深圳市人民政府关于废止《深圳市生活垃圾分类和减量管理办法》的决定为提高生活垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化水平，适应《深圳市生活垃圾分类管理条例》提出的新要求，深圳市人民政府决定废止《深圳市生活垃圾分类和减量管理办法》（2015年6月23日深圳市人民政府令第277号发布）。本决定自公布之日起施行。
