6月20日，龙华区应急管理局接到12345市民热线平台转办的“观澜街道某企业可能存在多项安全生产违法行为”举报线索，立即派出工作组前往被举报单位开展安全生产执法检查，现场核查线索，发现该企业存在可燃气体报警系统装置故障等隐患，龙华区应急管理局立即进行了查处，并按规定反馈处理结果。 下一步，龙华区应急管理局将加大投诉举报案件的查办力度，切实做到举报有回应，落实有力度，整改有成效。
