根据《深圳市规划和自然资源局临时用地收回通知》（深地临收字2021DP013），南澳办事处东涌小型消防站临时用地使用年限已到期且东涌股份合作公司拟开发建设该区域，需清理地面临时性建筑，东涌小型消防站需择址进行搬迁。为做好东涌小型消防站搬迁经费保障工作，近日，新区发展和财政局前往南澳办事处开展调研，与南澳办事处相关业务部门对各搬迁选址进行实地考察，对搬迁工作一次性投入及搬迁后的日常运行维护费用进行估算，对选址的合理性、经济性进行探讨比较。 下一步，新区发展和财政局将根据调研情况及最终选址情况结合新区财力做好东涌小型消防站搬迁经费保障工作。
