6月29日，市观澜河流域管理中心积极响应省、市“安全生产月”活动及防范学生溺水专项行动部署，开展“安全生产月”主题宣贯及溺水事故应急演练，中心各部门全体人员、第三方服务单位相关负责人参加。 宣贯围绕“人人讲安全、个个会应急”主题，结合流域中心工作场景，重点讲解了河道管理常见事故分析及防控措施、应急体系及响应等。溺水事故演练模拟“儿童在观澜河湿地公园溺水，巡查人员进行现场施救”情景，开展“心肺复苏”及“AED使用”教学培训，现场人员踊跃参与，认真学习胸部按压、人工呼吸、AED除颤等应急救护动作，各项救援动作迅速、紧凑，达到了预期培训及演练效果。(市观澜河流域管理中心)
