兹有我局1名执法人员执法证件不慎遗失，现作遗失公告如下： 姓名：王鲲，执法证编号：007555，工作单位：深圳市应急管理局。 自本公告公示之日起，非持证人持遗失行政执法证件进行行政执法活动或进行其他公务活动的，均为冒充的行政执法人员，公民、法人和其他组织可拒绝并予以举报。利用行政执法证件进行违法犯罪的，司法机关将依法追究其刑事责任。 特此公告。 深圳市应急管理局 2023年8月16日
